  • Build an ecosystem of collaboration that propels physicians and mid-level providers to new heights!
  • Conduct monthly operational and financial review parties with managers, VP, and medical maestros!
  • Roll out revenue cycle innovations and ensure all practices are policy-compliance champs!
  • Lead the charge in crafting and managing annual budgets like a budgeting rock star!
  • Stay in tune with Sr. Director Operations and VP Operations through rhythmic communication!
  • Team up with marketing gurus to concoct pioneering strategies for the region!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a health-related field – your passport to awesomeness!
  • At least three years of leadership experience in guiding clinic practice operations to victory!
  • A Master's degree, MHA, or MBA is a plus – unleash your strategic leadership superpowers!
  • Be a relationship-building whiz with physicians and staff, forging strong professional bonds!
  • Be a maestro in financial analysis, budget crafting, and revenue cycle management!
  • Possess the innovative spark to craft operational plans and drive clinical success!
