As the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southeast Texas, Legacy has been providing comprehensive, quality and affordable health care services and programs to our communities for almost 40 years. We have continued to invest in our communities, innovating how health care is delivered, to meet the growing demand for care. In the past two years, we’ve added four new clinics and two state-of-the-art pharmacies, bringing our total number of locations to 34. We’ve also added services and programs, to help ensure we remain at the forefront of connecting our communities to health every day, in every way.
