Key Responsibilities

- Be the ultimate connector with referrals and service linkages to empower patient independence!
- Swing into action with point-of-care testing for HIV and other conditions.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent? Check! You’re off to a great start!
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related field? You’ve got the experience chops we need!
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience? That's what we love to see!
- Experience in performing point-of-care testing and educating diverse populations is your secret weapon!
- HIV care and prevention competencies? You can master them within 3 months of hire like a pro!
- Phlebotomy training and bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish? Consider it a bonus level up!
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other computer programs? You're the tech-savvy superstar we're looking for!
