Schedule: 7:30AM-6PM (Varies) | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate language line interpretation services with cutting-edge technology
- Streamline mail/faxes distribution with innovative solutions
- Utilize digital platforms to assist new patients with seamless registration and intake
- Master EHR systems to optimize continuity of care lists
- Leverage data analytics to enhance provider schedules and patient access
- Innovate follow-up strategies for waitlists and service orders
- Employ advanced techniques to obtain and record vital signs in EHRS
- Implement precision-driven patient screenings and risk assessments
- Utilize bilingual skills to revolutionize communication and patient support
- Engage in transformative meetings and innovative reminder call systems
- Streamline testing prior authorizations and emergency handling protocols
- Execute advanced clinical procedures like blood draws, injections, and EKGs (for Medical Assistants)
- Optimize lab service order processes and provide agile cross-coverage when needed
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration as a future-focused team member
- Participate in safety training to ensure cutting-edge departmental safety standards
- Maintain equipment and workspace, utilizing data-driven reporting for improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- BLS (CPR & AED) Certification to ensure high-tech patient safety
- Three to six months of experience with a focus on digital transformation preferred
- Advanced certificate from college or technical school to support tech-forward approaches
- Familiarity with Behavioral Health innovations is a plus!
- Exceptional communication skills for high-impact digital interactions
- Leadership in program management with an emphasis on agile methodologies
- Interpersonal skills to connect across diverse digital platforms
- Proficiency in multitasking with cutting-edge tools and technologies
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and emerging tech
- Bilingual in English and Spanish for groundbreaking patient support
