Analyst, Pharmacy Services & Financial Support Programs - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine data collection and prepare reports for Pharmacy Services, including specialty accreditation and Ryan White grant programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through effective data collection and analysis.
- Monitor prescription and pharmacy inventory to maintain regulatory standards.
- Develop recommendations on data analytics to enhance understanding of program outcomes.
- Participate in special projects requiring data analytics expertise.
- Coordinate the presentation of data to the Pharmacy QI Management Committee monthly.
- Collaborate with auditors to maximize program accuracy and compliance.
- Track and report 340b pharmaceutical sales and purchases data to ensure eligibility.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the 340b list and suggest alternative therapies.
- Provide oversight for process improvement initiatives focused on quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Master's degree in Public Health preferred; or 5 years experience in an analyst, support, or coordinator role conducting data analysis, data reporting/data validation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience with heavy data entry and analysis in Excel is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with reports and conducting data analysis.
- Independent judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent customer service with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
