Facilities Technician - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | On-Call Rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, courteous service to employees, providers, vendors, patients, and visitors, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with clinic dress guidelines, reflecting the professionalism of our organization.
- Ensure a clean, safe work environment by adhering to all departmental policies and procedures.
- Repair and maintain building systems, equipment, and components under the direction of the Facilities Manager and/or Director.
- Respond promptly and professionally to work requests, delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed clinic standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address after-hours emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted clinic operations.
- Ensure reliable personal transportation for job duties and the ability to operate moving vans and trucks when needed.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and manage inventory to keep operations running efficiently.
- Submit maintenance records and reports accurately and on time.
- Take on other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall mission of Legacy Community Health.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years related experience
- Certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Building Trades preferred
- Computer literacy
- Must be able to manage multiple deadline and decision making responsibilities
