Medical Assistant Bilingual Float - School Clinic

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (7AM-4:15PM) | Friday (7AM-3PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Revolutionize patient account management through cutting-edge medical software solutions.
  • Ensure precision in demographic and policy data to enhance patient care and information accuracy.

  • Leverage data analytics to review provider schedules and financial information for optimal efficiency.

  • Transform client intake processes, ensuring seamless integration of school and clinic operations.
  • Partner with school-based nurse practitioners to innovate operational workflows, from registration to patient education.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of clinic development with a fresh, technology-driven perspective.
  • Drive digital documentation of client care and interaction for enhanced data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate health technology to consult and follow-up with clients, ensuring comprehensive care.
  • Innovate public health education initiatives, rooted in transformative community impact.
  • Facilitate lab processes and results management, under the guidance of the Medical Director.
  • Employ phlebotomy skills in a future-focused healthcare environment as needed.
  • Engage in performance improvement activities, championing continuous growth and enhancement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with foundational medical knowledge.
  • BLS/CPR certification as a baseline requirement.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred, showcasing commitment to excellence.
  • Certification in Medical Assisting preferred, highlighting expertise in the field.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, with a knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborative teams.
  • Aptitude for mastering electronic medical record software, demonstrating tech-savvy capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate and prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bilingual skills preferred, emphasizing a commitment to inclusive, accessible healthcare.
