Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage incoming communications, utilizing cutting-edge routing technology to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Innovate the client intake process through tech-driven solutions, enhancing the start of their healthcare journey.
  • Excel in data management by ensuring precise and efficient digital entry of patient information.
  • Integrate with the volunteer management platform, optimizing the volunteer experience and coordination.
  • Execute appointment management with advanced scheduling systems to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate financial transactions with state-of-the-art cash handling technology.
  • Maintain a pristine, tech-enhanced clinic lobby to optimize patient and staff experiences.
  • Assist in digital processing of lab results, streamlining communications as part of the Practice Manager’s team.
  • Drive change through participation in our continuous Performance Improvement Program.
  • Foster a culture of respect and digital inclusivity for patients, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve department objectives and strengthen operational workflows.
  • Enhance our primary care medical home model with innovative practices.
  • Participate in comprehensive safety training programs to uphold a secure, tech-forward clinical setting.
  • Maintain state-of-the-art workspaces and equipment adhering to Legacy’s high standards.
  • Master Legacy's advanced exposure control plans to mitigate pathogen risks effectively.
  • Adapt swiftly to emerging duties, embodying an agile mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent—laying the foundation for your tech-enabled journey!
  • Exhibit a professional, articulate digital presence; your communication style is essential!
  • Excel in multitasking with digital tools, managing a diverse flow of communications adeptly.
  • Demonstrate precision in data-entry prowess, utilizing the latest software solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy; experience with multi-line systems is advantageous.
  • Possess fundamental math and organizational skills, leveraging tech for efficiency!
