Senior Certified Bilingual Medical Assistant - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide medical assistant team members to ensure mastery of competencies.
- Drive educational advancements and workflow innovations through collaborative efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to identify and address clinical safety and quality deficiencies.
- Conduct routine chart audits to ensure compliance and uphold quality standards.
- Actively participate in strategic meetings and RNM training initiatives.
- Maintain hands-on practice as a Medical Assistant, fusing practice with progress by covering two shifts per pay period.
- Lead the monthly reconciliation of inventory, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Potentially spearhead the Vaccines for Children program, innovating vaccination administration.
- Foster a tech-forward team culture, promoting effective collaboration and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, marking the foundation of your journey.
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant credential is essential.
- A minimum of two years' clinical experience in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems to navigate our tech-integrated environment.
- Preferably experienced as a Legacy Community Health Medical Assistant for seamless integration.
- Bilingual/Spanish fluency preferred to enhance community engagement and impact.
- Phlebotomy skills are advantageous, adding to your diverse clinical toolkit.
