Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and community outreach.
- Create and coordinate marketing content for websites, email communications, social media, and other digital and print channels.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and maintain a consistent voice across all channels.
- Maintain and update website content, including service line pages, provider directories, and campaign landing pages.
- Draft, capture, and schedule engaging social media content, providing support and guidance to internal departments.
- Monitor and manage online community engagement, reputation management, and social media moderation activities.
- Coordinate marketing projects from intake to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Administer and maintain the department's project management platform, managing timelines, trackers, and workflow processes.
- Triage and coordinate incoming requests through shared marketing inbox and intake systems.
- Schedule and coordinate marketing-related meetings, ensuring timely reviews, approvals, and deliverables.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and version control systems.
- Assist with planning and executing marketing and community events, coordinating logistics and on-site support.
- Support presentations, campaign updates, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
- Track campaign placements, deliverables, invoices, and production schedules.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, project progress, and key marketing metrics.
- Assist with reporting, data collection, and analysis, providing budgeting support including processing invoices and budget reconciliation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and website management.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar), project management platforms (e.g., Asana), content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
