Marketing Specialist - Job Overview

You'll report to the Marketing Manager, playing a pivotal role in keeping our project management systems running smoothly and ensuring our marketing operations are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and community outreach initiatives.
- Create and coordinate marketing content for websites, email communications, social media platforms, and other digital and print channels.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and maintain a consistent voice across channels.
- Maintain website content, including service line pages, provider directory information, campaign landing pages, and event-related content.
- Draft, capture, and schedule social media content in support of marketing campaigns and organizational priorities.
- Provide social media support and guidance to internal departments as needed.
- Monitor and manage online community engagement, reputation management, and social media moderation activities.
- Coordinate marketing projects from intake through completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Administer and maintain the department's project management platform (e.g., Asana).
- Manage marketing timelines, project trackers, campaign calendars, and workflow processes.
- Triage and coordinate incoming requests through shared marketing inboxes and intake systems.
- Schedule and coordinate marketing-related meetings, calendar invitations, and project deadlines.
- Follow up with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure timely reviews, approvals, and deliverables.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and version control systems.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and community events, including open houses, health fairs, festivals, and other outreach activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, vendor needs, and on-site support.
- Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Support presentations, campaign updates, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
- Track campaign placements, deliverables, invoices, and production schedules.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure accountability and project completion.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, project progress, and key marketing metrics.
- Assist with reporting, data collection, and analysis to identify trends and support marketing decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, budgets, invoices, and results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and website management.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms (e.g., Asana), content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
