Key Responsibilities

  • Be the superstar link between our incredible clients and their healthcare providers or pharmacies!
  • Stay alert for all incoming prescription renewal requests and respond with lightning-fast reflexes!
  • Tackle curveball requests with panache by collaborating seamlessly with our stellar pharmacists and providers!
  • Be proactive in ensuring patients can easily access their medications through scheduled appointments and refills!
  • Stay on top of prior authorization requests like a boss!
  • Keep our systems running smoothly with precise documentation in our EMR and Pharmacy system!
  • Communicate flawlessly with both internal and external stakeholders!

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent - you've got it in the bag!
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential is your ticket to ride!
  • Bring your 5+ years of pharmacy technician experience to the table - show us what you've got!
  • Strong written communication skills to ace documentation in EMRs!
  • Fluent verbal communication to connect effortlessly with patients and team members!
  • Solid grasp on the medication prescribing process - you're the go-to expert!
  • Master tasker with skills in interpreting prescription orders and calculating quantities!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - you're the tech-savvy one!
  • Electronic Medical Records systems? No sweat, you've got that covered!
  • Extra kudos if you can communicate with a Spanish flair!
