Key Responsibilities
- Conduct innovative patient interviews to gather vital data using advanced technologies.
- Record and analyze medical history and test results with a data-driven approach.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, enhancing diagnostic efficiency with cutting-edge methods.
- Assist in forward-thinking patient examinations and treatments, employing state-of-the-art clinical tools.
- Prepare high-tech treatment rooms, ensuring optimal readiness for patient care.
- Implement modern sterilization protocols and manage biohazard waste with precision.
- Facilitate telehealth consultations, advancing patient communication and care delivery.
- Integrate phlebotomy and diagnostic testing into comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with a commitment to innovation and patient safety.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of patient interactions in electronic medical records.
- Participate in advanced programs for OSHA compliance and workplace safety.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on progressive education in healthcare.
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with a passion for innovation.
- BLS/CPR Certification to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Up to one year of experience in a medical assistant role, with a preference for those demonstrating forward-thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, leveraging digital tools to enhance patient interactions.
- Proficiency in modern front desk, clerical, or healthcare support technologies.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a multidisciplinary, tech-savvy team.
- Commitment to preventive healthcare and a team-based approach to delivery.
- Experience with computers, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records, with a preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities.
- Phlebotomy skills and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
