Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Be the voice that answers incoming calls with flair and ensures they're routed properly!
- Perform client intake and be the bearer of good news upon their arrival!
- Enter patient information at lightning speed while ensuring accuracy!
- Join forces with our volunteer coordinator to manage our fantastic volunteers!
- Handle appointments and cash like a pro with established procedures!
- Keep our clinic lobby looking spick and span!
- Get involved in processing lab results, guided by our Practice Manager!
- Participate in our Performance Improvement Program to make our services even better!
- Promote team spirit and effective working relations with everyone!
- Join us in our primary care medical home and embrace a team-based care approach!
- Stay sharp with safety training and be vigilant about safety procedures!
- Report any safety concerns pronto and follow those exposure control plans!
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent and ready to rock!
- A pleasant, professional, and charismatic phone voice that wins hearts!
- Juggling multi-tasks and handling multiple calls or patients with ease!
- Masterly efficient and accurate data-entry skills are your secret weapons!
- Computer whiz with multi-line phones or switchboards experience!
- Basic math and filing skills that make organizing a breeze!
- Adept at managing multiple deadlines and making swift decisions!
- Bilingual in English/Spanish? That's a huge plus for connecting with diverse patients!
