Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for delivering quality care to all patients (mix of adults/pediatrics), disrupting traditional dental practices with innovative solutions.
- Adhere to the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism, pioneering best practices in oral health.
- Collaborate with the Director of Dental Services to establish dental policies and quality improvement procedures, embracing digital transformation.
- Recommend innovative changes to enhance patient flow, dental records, billing, and appointment practices.
- Supervise, direct, and educate dental ancillary staff, fostering a culture of agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Participate in community health events such as school screenings and health fairs, driving community engagement and impact.
- Engage in the Performance Improvement Program, continuously seeking ways to enhance practice efficiency.
- Provide emergency call services in alignment with established protocols and standard practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited dental school, equipped to revolutionize community healthcare.
- Possess a valid Texas dental license, ready to pioneer dental innovation.
- Professional clinical dental experience, with a focus on data-driven, tech-savvy practices.
- Authoritative knowledge of dentistry as a general practitioner, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a digital-first environment.
- Highly desirable experience in community health centers, demonstrating a commitment to disrupting traditional care models.
