Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all functions performed by your team are completed with precision and accuracy.
- Oversee timely processing of data feeds for intelligence applications.
- Provide critical analysis inputs to support informed decision-making.
- Present comprehensive reports to executive leadership with clarity and insight.
- Champion compliance with Legacy's Mission and Vision in every task.
- Define and maintain business strategy and processes, including regular audits.
- Coordinate the creation and review of financial pro-formas.
- Supervise direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Manage the department's budget with a strategic approach.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives with your expertise and enthusiasm.
- Embrace other duties as assigned, always seeking to add value.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with high concentration in financial analysis and senior management presentation support in Pharmacy Administration
- Experience with large database applications and relational database reporting tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, and Epic.
