Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Communication 4.0: Serve as the friendly digital interface that ensures patients receive crucial information with precision and empathy.
  • Pre-Visit Digital Planning: Leverage digital tools to review schedules and extract essential data from electronic health record systems (EHRS) for optimized patient engagements.
  • Smart Care Coordination: Innovate patient care coordination ensuring seamless access to a holistic suite of services.
  • Advanced Medication Management: Tailor medication refills and prior-authorizations with a focus on digital accuracy and efficiency.
  • Digital Forms and Referrals: Streamline the preparation of forms and digital referral processes to bolster patient care efficacy.
  • Safety and Compliance Protocols: Enhance a safe healthcare ecosystem through continuous digital training and cutting-edge safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: A high-school diploma or equivalent is your launchpad into an innovative healthcare journey.
  • Certifications: Possession of a Medical Assistant Certification or a minimum of two years of clinical experience alongside a current BLS/CPR certification is essential.
  • Experience: At least two years in an ambulatory clinical setting with a focus on tech-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Skills: Mastery of EHRS, superior digital communication, and tech-savvy multitasking are vital.
  • Extra Points: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish provides a competitive advantage in revolutionizing patient interactions!
