Front Desk Lead - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

- Ensure seamless appointment and cash handling protocols through digital transformation and process innovation.
- Champion clinic organization and performance improvements to elevate the patient experience.

- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor patient flow and advise management on agile staffing solutions.
- Resolve escalated customer service challenges with a disruptive mindset to minimize patient flow disruptions.

Minimum Qualifications
