Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Front Desk staff, Lead Medical Assistants, and the Clinical team to optimize schedule flow.
  • Coordinate seamless communication for day-to-day and real-time patient scheduling, adhering to Legacy protocols.
  • Investigate, analyze, and address scheduling inaccuracies, elevating repeated issues to key stakeholders.
  • Deploy proactive solutions for managing scheduling challenges using predictive analytics for same day or next day appointments.
  • Collaborate with Site Leadership to manage a diversified pool of providers, ensuring coverage and operational continuity.
  • Facilitate reminder calls and manage digital communications through portal messages efficiently.
  • Ensure continual updating of patient registration data, leveraging EHRS technology.
  • Participate in innovative training sessions and execute additional tasks as assigned, adopting a mindset of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, with advanced certification or training in Medical Assistance or EHRS documentation.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification essential.
  • Proven experience in medical clinic settings, demonstrating proficiency with EHRS data entry.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and innovative dialogue.
  • Capability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, tech-forward team environment.
  • Resourceful, self-driven with a knack for problem-solving and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Spanish-speaking abilities are a valuable asset.
