Clinic Based Therapist (LMT) - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-4p CT | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Screen new clients to identify presenting problems, address urgent issues, and provide immediate referrals as needed.
- Administer thorough psychosocial assessments.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adults, adolescents, and children experiencing biopsychosocial stressors.
- Collaborate with clients, physicians, and other providers to develop and implement client-centered interventions and treatment plans.
- Re-assess clients and update treatment plans as necessary.
- Meet with a clinical supervisor at least monthly to review client cases.
- Document all client encounters in the medical record within three working days.
- Perform billing activities according to agency procedures.
- Attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Interview and advise patients on health and illness prevention, including family planning services.
- Stay informed about developments in therapeutic techniques, theories, and research.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the social or behavioral sciences
- Must have current "full" Texas license (LCSW, LPC and/or LMFT) and be in good standing with their credentialing board
- Must maintain first aid/CPR certifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years paid work experience providing psychotherapy
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize
