Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30AM-6:30PM) | Saturday (7:30AM-4PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and transcribe medication orders with precision and agility.
- Ensure medication appropriateness by assessing diagnoses, allergies, and interactions.
- Engage in evidence-based practice by staying current with medical literature and pharmaceutical breakthroughs.
- Conduct comprehensive Drug Utilization Reviews for optimal outcomes.
- Document and communicate adverse drug reactions and interactions adeptly.
- Dispense medications accurately while maintaining detailed inventory records.
- Provide insightful drug information to patients and healthcare providers.
- Advance Medication Therapy Management through detailed reviews and collaborative efforts.
- Demonstrate financial acumen in managing grants and prescription assistance programs.
- Promote a culture of innovation and adaptability in all pharmacy operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or equivalent from an accredited college/university.
- Texas Pharmacist license and Preceptor license, with an Immunization certification.
- First Aid / CPR AAHIVP certification or ability to obtain within 18 months.
- Minimum two years of healthcare experience; post-graduate residency preferred.
- Proficiency in community pharmacy management and patient care in specialized areas like HIV/AIDS and Geriatrics.
- Strong technology skills in Windows, Excel, and accounting software.
- Superior organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and sensitive information management.
