- Be the right-hand to the Behavioral Health Operations Manager for smooth sailing every day!
- Deliver customer service that knocks socks off and meets Legacy's rockstar standards!
- Turn frowns upside down by addressing patient complaints with flair!
- Train up-and-coming Behavioral Health reps like a champ!
- Keep the day-to-day groove smooth for Behavioral Health Reps I and II!
- Juggle faxes, call logs, and patient follow-ups like a circus performer!
- Conduct performance reviews and make the timesheet process a breeze!
- Master the art of managing medication samples while attending epic conferences!
- Champion safety and compliance with Legacy's top-notch protocols!
- Be the ultimate cross-coverage hero and travel to other locations when needed!
- Create a respectful and welcoming vibe for all patients and staff!
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree or two years of experience — you've got the know-how!
- Two years of rocking it within the Legacy Behavioral Health department — you're a seasoned pro!
- Three years of superstar-level experience at Legacy Community Health is a bonus!
- Master multitasker and decision-maker extraordinaire!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel — because you're a tech whiz!
- Communication skills that dazzle both direct and via telephone!
- Amazing team player who lifts everyone up!
- Leadership skills that inspire program management and community magic!
- Interpersonal skills to connect with diverse ethnic and socio-economic groups!
- Knowledge of community agencies and resources is a plus!
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a cherry on top!
