Job Overview

At Legacy Community Health, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing community health services. We are searching for a dynamic and innovative Clinical Operations Director to spearhead the financial and operational excellence of our practices within targeted geographic and specialty areas. This role not only involves strategic oversight but also an opportunity to creatively implement operational policies and enhance service delivery in collaboration with practice managers and healthcare providers. This role is based in our Southwest Clinic (6441 High Star Dr, Houston, TX 77074).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations and service delivery of all practice sites within assigned clinics
  • Collaborate with facilities to interview and hire managers and coordinators, ensuring a cohesive team
  • Directly supervise practice managers, establishing accountabilities, providing performance feedback, and conducting annual evaluations
  • Support physician and mid-level provider success, fostering productive practice environments
  • Review financial and operational performance monthly, developing action plans with managers and leadership
  • Coordinate revenue cycle initiatives, reviewing collections and accounts receivable management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related discipline is required
  • Master’s degree, MHA, MBA, or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent leadership experience in clinic practice operations is essential
  • 10+ years of direct operations management experience may substitute for academic degrees
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Track record of developing strong rapport with physicians
