Pharmacy Technician - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30AM-8PM) and Saturday (7:30AM-5:30PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Team up with pharmacists to ensure medications are spot-on for patients
- Keep the pharmacy shipshape with impeccable stock management
- Nail those insurance adjudications and pre-authorizations like a pro
- Champion patient counseling and document all interactions
- Be the communication hero with physicians' offices and insurance companies
- Ride the wave of continuous learning and assist in training new recruits
- Deliver smiles with top-notch customer service
- Sleuth out any issues and ensure they get the attention they deserve
- Track and report on non-stock requests and par adjustments like a detective
- Manage prescription files and handle cash with finesse
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent - you're educated and ready to roll!
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certificate - you've got the creds!
- Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy - official and proud!
- Proven ability to ace a math test - numbers are your jam!
- Hold a BLS/CPR certification - safety first, always!
- Minimum of two years in healthcare - you've been around the block!
- Bachelor's degree and community pharmacy experience? Total bonus!
- A knack for project management and 340b regulations is a huge plus!
- Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and Accounting software - you're tech-savvy!
- Bilingual abilities - an extra sprinkle of awesome!
