Analyst, Pharmacy Services & Financial Support Programs - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | Hybrid from Houston Area

As an Analyst, you will support regulatory alignment, quality oversight, and program accuracy through thoughtful data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Your insights will contribute to specialty accreditation programs, Ryan White grant financial programs, 340b services, and other initiatives that help advance community healthcare outcomes. You will work alongside Pharmacy Services, quality leaders, committees, auditors, and internal and external partners to help ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with current regulatory requirements.

- Work with a collaborative network of Pharmacy Services professionals, quality leaders, committees, auditors, and partners.
- Use data to support informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Help connect accurate reporting with meaningful community healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine data collection and prepare appropriate reports for Pharmacy Services, including specialty accreditation programs and Ryan White grant financial programs specific to quality and utilization metrics per standards.
- Ensure understanding of regulatory requirements and provide regulatory support through data collection.
- Review and monitor prescriptions and pharmacy inventory to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and provide recommendations on data analytics to further understand outcomes and utilization of 340b funds, the Ryan White grant, and other special programs.
- Participate in special projects where data analytics is necessary.
- Support the development of metrics and processes for data collection.
- When appropriate, identify methods for education and communication related to data collection.
- Coordinate the monthly presentation of data to the Pharmacy QI Management Committee.
- Stay abreast of the regulatory requirements of specialty and Ryan White programs to ensure metrics and data reporting are modified to reflect current understanding and knowledge.
- When necessary, collaborate with auditors to coordinate efforts around maximum collection and promotion of program accuracy.
- Track, trend, and report 340b pharmaceutical sales and purchases data to ensure eligibility.
- Perform a quarterly review of the 340b list to identify modifications and provide recommendations for alternative therapies submission to the Medication and Care Guidelines Committee.
- Provide oversight for process improvement initiatives and ensure an environment that places an emphasis on quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Desirable Education and/or Experience
- Master’s degree in Public Health preferred; or 5 years’ experience in an analyst, support, or coordinator role conducting data analysis, data reporting/data validation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
- Previous excel with heavy data entry and analysis in Excel is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with reports and conducting data analysis
- Independent judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service with internal and external customers
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
