Bilingual Registered Dietitian - Job Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-4PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate diet history and food consumption patterns.
  • Develop personalized diet plans integrating advanced nutrition science.
  • Guide patients in setting and achieving SMART nutritional goals.
  • Analyze laboratory and body composition data to assess patient progress.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
  • Document patient interactions in an advanced electronic health record system.
  • Drive innovation through the design and evaluation of new nutritional initiatives.
  • Engage in ongoing quality improvement and performance enhancement programs.
  • Serve as a nutrition consultant and advocate within the clinic.
  • Participate in professional development through advanced training workshops.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited university.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) with active Texas licensure.
  • Proven competence in nutrition counseling and dietary planning.
  • Commitment to continuous education and professional growth.
  • Master's Degree or two years of professional experience as a dietitian preferred.
