Your Role and Contribution

As a Supervisor in our Financial Services team, you will harness creativity and leadership to oversee the dynamic operations fundamental to our Financial Services area's success. Under the esteemed Ryan White Grant programs—ADAP, LPAP, EFA, Health Insurance Assistance, and PAP—your efforts will center around facilitating crucial financial support for medications and medical coverage for our clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining our standards of care and ensuring our processes are finely tuned towards patient-centric efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Comprehensively manage programs under the Ryan White Grant, empowering patients with medication and health insurance support.
  • Provide expert oversight to the intricacies of daily operations within Financial Services, ensuring fluidity and coherence.
  • Investigate patient concerns with due diligence, fostering high satisfaction within patient-provider relations.
  • Facilitate high-level collaboration across departments, underpinning our cohesive, team-oriented ethos.
  • Lead the decision-making processes for hiring and nurturing a diverse team of dedicated professionals.
  • Champion performance improvements and participate in detailed audits to uphold and uplift care standards.
  • Orchestrate regular, insightful staff meetings fostering open communication and continuous staff development.
  • Ensure strict adherence to grant requirements, maintaining an impeccable record of compliance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required, alongside a minimum of three years in customer service roles.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare terminologies and HIV treatment regimens is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, bolstering efficient operations.
  • Administrative leadership with substantial management or supervisory practice.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication capabilities essential for effective operations.
  • Demonstrated holistic leadership and mediation skills, navigating multi-tasking challenges adeptly.
  • Unwavering commitment to excellence in customer service and healthcare delivery.
  • Ability to adeptly manage priorities within a demanding environment of multiple deadlines.
