Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Provide a warm welcome to clients, manage intake, and notify staff of patient arrivals.
- Maintain accurate and efficient data entry for patient information.
- Assist with volunteer coordination, ensuring a smooth process.
- Adhere to appointment scheduling and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure the lobby is tidy, inviting, and comfortable for all visitors.
- Process lab results and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Foster a respectful and friendly environment in every interaction.
- Evaluate the safety of the patient environment, ensuring their well-being.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve department goals effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Amazing multitasking skills for handling calls and patients like a superstar!
- Efficient and accurate data-entry magic!
- Tech-savvy with multi-line phone or switchboard experience!
- If you're bilingual (English/Spanish), that's a big plus!
- A high school diploma or equivalent, ready to rock and roll!
- A pleasant, professional phone demeanor that's warm and inviting!
- The eagerness to learn and pick up new skills quickly!
- Some basic knowledge like math skills and filing proficiency!
