You'll play a pivotal role in addressing infectious diseases while also managing a broad spectrum of health challenges, from common ailments to complex conditions. Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and update cutting-edge clinical guidelines on vital health issues such as HIV, Hepatitis C, and Tuberculosis, serving as a beacon of hope and health in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized clinical care with a focus on infectious diseases.
• Prescribe and administer innovative medication, therapy, and other treatments tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and progress, with ongoing reevaluation to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Manage and treat a range of health issues, from common ailments to complex illnesses.
• Develop and update clinical guidelines for infectious diseases, including HIV, Hepatitis C, Tuberculosis, PrEP, and nPEP.
• Collaborate within a team-driven environment to enhance patient care and community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of an Infectious Disease Fellowship.
• Current Texas medical licensure.
• Valid and current DEA License.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in infectious disease practice.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, enhancing accessibility and care in diverse populations.
