Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert care in evaluating, treating, and managing women's health.
  • Provide thorough medical care related to pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases specific to women's reproductive systems.
  • Extend general medical care to women beyond reproductive health.
  • Be available for on-call services as necessitated by patient or clinic needs.
  • Engage in clinical or operations-related meetings, which may occur after standard hours.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Medical Doctorate with current Texas licensure.
  • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship in OB/GYN.
  • Board certification in OB/GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG).
  • Proven experience within a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, aiding in extensive patient communication.
