Working hand-in-hand with operational and nursing leaders, you will cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Your impact will transcend beyond the walls of our clinic, influencing both patients' lives and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical lead and direct supervisor for primary care providers at your designated site.
  • Facilitate schedule optimization, coverage planning, and implementation of clinical workflows in collaboration with the Site Director.
  • Foster provider behavior and professionalism to align with Legacy Community Health's values and standards.
  • Educate and guide clinic providers on new initiatives and projects, supporting their implementation and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate closely with operational and nursing leadership to enhance clinic performance and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Possession of a current Texas medical license.
  • Board Certification in a Primary Care Specialty: Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-residency, showcasing expertise and commitment.
  • Proven leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in community healthcare, with a track record of supporting cross-departmental clinical programs.
