Key Responsibilities
- Keep our IT world spinning by documenting every service request in the ticket system!
- Be lightning-fast in responding to IT requests, and don't hesitate to escalate like a pro!
- Stay on top of pending requests, making sure no detail slips through the cracks!
- Unleash your inner MS Office genius to guide staff in mastering their Microsoft tools!
- Whip up ad hoc reports that support our business like a sorcerer casting spells!
- Manage copier, printer, and fax requests like a budget-savvy maestro!
- Seek out those manual processes lurking in the desktop environment—and automate them!
- Guide users with dazzlingly simple instructions that even non-techies can follow!
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software like the IT wizard you are!
- Follow up with clients to make sure their systems are running smoother than a dairy-free latte!
- Create and organize Active Directory objects and user accounts with flair!
- Master disk imaging using Windows Deployment Services (WDS) like a tech ninja!
- Resolve issues with remote troubleshooting—because distances are no match for your skills!
- Craft procedure processes, technical docs, and manuals like a tech wordsmith!
- Be the ultimate collaborator with team members and customers across the organization!

Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED—Associate's degree? Even better!
- One year of IT support experience—two years make you the ultimate contender!
- CompTIA A+ certification? Virtual high-five if you've got it!
- Your customer service skills are legendary, juggling deadlines like a circus star!
- A valid Texas Driver's License with a spotless driving record—because you'll be on the move!
- Hands-on experience with Windows PC hardware and operating systems—tech mastery unlocked!
- Excel, Word, and Outlook? You're the maestro of Microsoft!
- Experience using an electronic ticketing system to track and conquer support requests!
- Familiarity with remote administration tools and scripting languages—tech wizardry in action!
