Key Responsibilities
- Lead the scheduling and registration of patients across various services using our cutting-edge registration systems.
- Optimize clinic schedules by monitoring productivity benchmarks using real-time analytics.
- Efficiently manage clinical waitlists, recall lists, and call back reports through advanced platforms.
- Execute appointment processing and registrations with precision, adhering to rigorous auditing protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and scheduling support through innovative approaches.
- Accurately and efficiently integrate all necessary patient information into our databases, utilizing data-driven techniques.
- Facilitate communication with patients and clinical staff through professional digital platforms.
- Prepare patients for appointments by furnishing them with all critical information in a tech-enabled format.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting, or a Bachelor's degree as a substitute for experience.
- Strong expertise in medical terminology and clinical procedures, reinforcing your role as a key knowledge resource.
- Experience with front desk operations, emphasizing tech integration, is highly valued.
- Mastery in managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks using agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both digitally and in person.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a highly valued asset and strongly preferred.
