Marketing Manager - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-4PM) | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms to reach diverse audiences.
- Support marketing strategies for service lines, programs, and clinic locations by aligning with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and impactful results.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and manage campaign-level budgets efficiently.
- Support community outreach activities and events to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct market research and gather audience insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities for marketing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum 4-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or community-based organizations.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through execution and evaluation.
- Strong project management, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics, content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
