Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct innovative eligibility assessments using tech-driven procedures.
  • Ensure clients are free from other payer sources through digital verification methods.
  • Seamlessly register clients into the CPCDMS, optimizing data flow and integrity.
  • Execute precise data entry of eligible clients into cutting-edge electronic systems.
  • Maintain digital eligibility files with real-time updates and organization.
  • Perform proactive renewal eligibility assessments using predictive analytics.
  • Confirm eligibility appointments with clients through automated notification systems.
  • Provide clients with digital access to required eligibility documentation.
  • Engage in the Performance Improvement Program, contributing to innovation-driven enhancements.
  • Foster respect and collaboration within a dynamic, tech-savvy team environment.
  • Participate in mandatory safety training programs, ensuring compliance with digital safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and tech-optimized work area according to Legacy standards.
  • Adapt to travel demands for training and coverage with a focus on learning agility.
  • Execute other forward-thinking duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with a passion for healthcare innovation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical billing with a focus on disruptive practices preferred.
  • Proficiency in ICD-A / CPT codes, enhancing digital diagnostics and billing.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting within tech-integrated environments.
  • Advanced ability to operate computers and office machines in a digital-first setting.
  • Thrives under pressure, utilizing agile thinking and problem-solving prowess.
  • Bilingual skills preferred, enhancing communication in a diverse, tech-driven community.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern medical terminology and billing practices preferred.
