Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent! You're ready to rock and roll.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a call center that's more like a space command center with computers and phone systems at your fingertips.
  • Strong understanding of basic healthcare industry lingo, like primary care, providers, benefits, and HIPAA compliance—it’s your secret handshake to success.
  • Proven customer service excellence with listening skills sharper than a hawk's eye and phone etiquette that can charm the socks off anyone.
  • Communication skills that dazzle in both verbal and written formats like a wordsmith wizard.
