Learning & Development Specialist - Job Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

As a Learning & Development (L & D) Specialist with Legacy Community Health, you'll spearhead the transformation of employee growth and development in a digitally-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver breakthrough training programs under the guidance of the HR leadership team.
  • Manage transformative L & D projects, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Lead the charge in New Employee Orientation and Onboarding, infusing modern methodologies.
  • Collaborate to ensure content is relevant, future-ready, and effectively delivered.
  • Design and deploy training modules through advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Provide agile updates and insights to HR and Clinical Leadership on training progress.
  • Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual classes, embracing technology advancements.
  • Adapt and perform additional duties to continuously drive improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of four years in human resources, training, employee coaching, or development.
  • Proven experience leading teams or supervising in a forward-thinking environment.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering innovative training programs.
  • A catalyst for change with the ability to lead transformational initiatives.
  • Experience in managing diverse stakeholder relationships with a focus on collaboration.
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital tools for learning innovation.
  • Competence in design thinking and staying ahead of professional development trends.
  • Spanish fluency is preferred, enhancing our community outreach capacity.
  • Proven experience with Electronic Health Record System (EHRS) operations.
