Manager - Perinatal Navigation (Job Overview)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Perinatal Navigators, Lactation Specialists, AmeriCorps members, and other staff, driving innovation and excellence in patient care.
- Implement agile onboarding processes, deliver impactful performance feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular goal-setting and check-ins.
- Optimize staffing through advanced scheduling solutions to ensure seamless delivery of patient services.
- Partner with directors to set ambitious departmental metrics and streamline processes using industry best practices.
- Champion new initiatives, such as curriculum design and evaluation, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with organizational vision.
- Equip team members with cutting-edge training in health education, behavior change interventions, and population health strategies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, identifying skill gaps and developing resources to enhance team competencies.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with rigorous standards in EHR records and other grant-required data systems.
- Oversee program budgets, grants, and contracts, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to innovate community engagement strategies, aligning with service line objectives.
- Build strategic partnerships with community and clinic stakeholders to create synergies for successful team outcomes.
- Participate in leadership meetings, contributing to problem-solving and strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with a focus on innovation and digital health transformation.
- Minimum of two years in a supervisory or team leader role, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements and leading change initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to navigate complex decisions adeptly.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Strong command of MS Office and demonstrated expertise with EHRS systems.
- Acumen in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and secure management of sensitive information.
