Bilingual Dental Call Center Representative - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-4:30PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Embrace a positive attitude and a sense of ownership in every interaction.
- Greet callers warmly and provide information based on the purpose of the call and script requirements.
- Conduct outreach and general outbound calls to assist our community.
- Find solutions to questions and provide an amazing contact experience for every caller.
- Manage patient appointment scheduling and referrals with precision and care.
- Respond to customer emails and other non-phone inquiries efficiently.
- Complete data entry, call logging, and reporting tasks accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to our team's success.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant experience or clinical office support experience highly preferred.
- Customer service oriented.
- Pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice.
- Ability to handle multiple incoming callers/patients, tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written grammar skills.
- Accurate keyboard typing, data-entry and mouse navigation skills.
- Working computer knowledge of MS Windows, Email, Online/Electronic forms, and websites.
- Patient scheduling experience.
- Strong knowledge in Medical Terminology.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, with the ability to read, write, interpret and disseminate information.
