Schedule: 7:30AM-4PM

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Perform client intake and notify appropriate staff of client arrival.
- Enter patient information into databases accurately.
- Assist the volunteer coordinator with various tasks.
- Follow appointment and cash handling procedures meticulously.
- Complete opening and closing procedures for the clinic.
- Maintain an orderly clinic lobby to enhance patient experience.
- Process lab results efficiently and securely.
- Participate actively in the Performance Improvement Program.
- Promote a professional environment and foster effective team relations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards.
- Follow Legacy's exposure control plans and safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the team's success.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Pleasant phone voice, ability to multi-task, and handle multiple calls or patients simultaneously.
- Efficient data-entry skills, computer literacy, and experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
- Basic knowledge such as math, alphabetical or numerical filing may be required.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Frequently required to sit, occasionally stand, walk, talk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, twist, climb, and reach.
- Moderate decision-making complexity and must handle normal levels of intensity.
- May be exposed to infectious conditions, moderate to loud noise environments.
