Bilingual Care Team Assistant - Patient Services (Job Overview)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30AM-4:30PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Communication: Be the friendly voice that supports patients, ensuring they receive the information they need with care and empathy.
- Pre-Visit Planning: Work with our team to review schedules and gather essential information from electronic health record systems (EHRS) to prepare for patient visits.
- Care Coordination: Assist in coordinating patient care to ensure they have access to all the services they need.
- Medication Management: Help manage medication refills and prior-authorizations with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Forms and Referrals: Facilitate the preparation of forms and streamline the referral process to support patient care.
- Safety and Compliance: Contribute to a safe and compliant environment through ongoing training and adherence to safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: A high-school diploma or equivalent is the foundation for your journey into innovation.
- Certifications: A Medical Assistant Certification or minimum two years of clinical experience is required, along with a current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience: At least two years in an ambulatory clinical setting, where you've embraced tech-driven healthcare.
- Skills: Mastery of EHRS, superior communication, tech-savvy multitasking, and organizational skills are essential.
- Extra Points: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a game-changer!
- Discretion: Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and advanced data protection practices.
