Healthcare Recruiter - Hybrid in Houston (Job Overview)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and agile delivery of talent acquisition services.
  • Innovate applicant sourcing through community services, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze job descriptions with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and qualifications.
  • Evaluate and interview candidates, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure the best fit for Legacy's needs.
  • Enhance organizational appeal by recommending cutting-edge recruitment practices and trends.
  • Communicate compensation strategies to maintain internal equity and attract top talent.
  • Lead the School Affiliation Program, managing logistics, orientation, and coaching for student internships.
  • Navigate and enforce EEO legislation to uphold equal employment opportunities.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional networking to stay ahead of recruitment trends.
  • Apply creative, proactive approaches in talent acquisition, utilizing healthcare staffing expertise.
  • Participate in transformative HR projects and initiatives, contributing to organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of specialized experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferred.
  • Proven track record in healthcare recruitment, highly preferred.
  • Expertise in Recruitment and Compensation best practices.
