Facilities Technician - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | On-Call Rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and courteous facility service to all employees, providers, vendors, patients, and visitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to clinic dress guidelines.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to LCH and departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain and repair building systems, equipment, and components under the direction of the Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Director.
- Address work requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Be on-call on a rotational basis for afterhours emergencies.
- Have reliable personal transportation to complete job duties, including driving moving vans and trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's success.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years related experience.
- Certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Building Trades preferred.
- Computer literacy.
- Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and decision-making responsibilities.
- Frequently required to sit; occasionally required to stand and walk.
- Frequently required to talk and/or communicate both expressively & receptively.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally required to bend, twist, climb, and reach.
- Moderate concentration/intensity, which includes prolonged mental effort with limited opportunity for breaks.
- Normal memory, taking into consideration the amount and type of information.
- Moderate level of complexity for decision making.
- Must be able to handle normal levels of intensity.
