Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT-related awesomeness or equivalent epic work experience.
  • Certified in IT infrastructure magic (like Azure Administrator Associate, MCSE, CCNP).
  • 5+ years riding the IT rollercoaster with increasing leadership responsibilities!
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365, including Entra, Azure, SharePoint Online, and more!
  • Virtualization tech whiz, experienced with HyperV or VMWare!
  • Cisco-based network environments expertise—routers, switches, firewalls, oh my!
  • Telephony environments knowledge with Cisco or Microsoft goodies!
  • Familiarity with SDWAN and MPLS connectivity powers!
  • Communication and leadership skills that could win awards!
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills for stellar cross-departmental harmony!
  • Numerical, analytical, and problem-solving ninja abilities!
  • Excel data analytics expertise that wows (think VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)!
