- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Dental Patient Access Specialists, Site Operations, and Dental Care Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Mission-Driven Elements: Contribute to a mission that prioritizes patient access and care optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the Dental EHR desktop and manage incoming documents and faxes efficiently.
- Support Dental Patient Access Specialists by managing call volumes and returning voice messages.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Site Operations, facilitating smooth communications.
- Manage Dental provider schedules and hygiene recall lists to ensure optimal patient flow.
- Run daily inquiries in the EHR and maintain clear communication with the Dental Care Operations Manager.
- Assist Dental Treatment Coordinators with the scanning of Treatment Plans.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Experience in a dental office and/or scheduling management preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
